It was very, very strange to try and translate a Gundam wing character into my style, but I'm rather pleased with the results. I've decided I love his braid because it's swishy and fun.

This was done for my darling as her verylate!birthday present, but I had a blast on it despite my difficulties with it. Originally, I'd planned the background to be a a graveyard type thing, in whish he was sporting a fetching set of black wings. But one turned out really, really awesome, while the other was just kinda... ugly. So, I deleted them and the background looked funky. I deleted the fence, and turned the moon into the spot behind him. The fact it remained colored was purely accidental, but I really, really like it. I added in some random asian looking characters. ...I don't know what they say. But I choose to believe that they are awesome.

He has no nipples because the torso wasn't drawn right and when I tried to add them, they ended up in the wrong place. So, he's not going to be anatomically correct! Shut up! He's an anime character. They don't have them anyways.

Also, this is perhaps the most intensive piece I've ever done. I worked my ass off to make this clean XD. This means I actually had to make an effort to color in the lines and leave no randomly transparent bits, and like... make sure lines on straight things were straight and there were no random bits of scribble O_o. Ghasp! I made an effort to look vaguely professional!

All in all, I'm proud of this. It was oddly refreshing to do a character from another series. Gave me artistic mojo back XD.
